414 Deputy Jonathan O’Brien asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will review the pending deportation order in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the person did not have adequate legal representation during the processing of their claim for asylum, that they were the victim of sustained sexual abuse from a very young age which led to them leaving their home country; if his further attention has been drawn to the fact that due to the circumstances under which they left their home country they are at real and substantial risk of sexual violence if returned there, as well as there being a danger to their life and that of their family; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
