Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Health if he will provide an update on his plans to implement the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights in A, B and C v Ireland case by way of legislation with regulations, within the parameters of Article 40.3.3 of the Constitution as interpreted by the Supreme Court in the X case; if he will comment on media reports that he plans to have the threat to the life of a woman where these is a risk of suicide examined by up to five doctors when deciding whether abortion should be allowed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
