Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government the way in which under the new landbank plan it is ensured that there will be a significant dividend for social housing and for affordable housing; and if he will address concerns that there are no mechanisms in place which will ensure that the disposal of public sites for private developments will be reinvested in social housing elsewhere.
