Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government having regard to previous parliamentary questions in the matter, the extent to which it is expected that outstanding completion works at the development in the Waterways, Sallins, County Kildare, is contemplated as per previous indications; if it is expected that agreement can be reached with all interested parties with a view to permanent resolution in respect of any outstanding flooding issues; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
