Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 38 of 1 October 2014, if he will acknowledge that the deferred members and existing pensioners in the Irish aviation superannuation scheme were not involved in the consultation process, had none of their concerns addressed and in the context of the massive reduction in their living standards that they are expected to endure, to reconsider his statement in relation to signing the ministerial orders to allow the scheme trustees to amend it.
