Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the reason the recommendation has not yet been implemented with regard to a report (details supplied) specifically its recommendation at 7.2.13 which states that updated declarations should be published before existing declarations expire; and if he will provide a committed date ahead of the 2022-2023 State-wide derogations declarations by which it will be implemented.
