Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of persons approved under the areas of natural constraint, ANC, scheme by each respective area designation, namely, mountain type land, more severely handicapped lowland, less severely handicapped lowland and areas of specific constraints and the islands, in tabular form; the payment rate for each respective area designation; the amount of funds under the scheme that have been drawn down to date under each area designation in each of the years 2014 to 2016 and to date in 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
