Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Justice further to Parliamentary No. 174 of 19 May 2021, the reason Ireland has failed to provide the information relating to procedural time limits on the eJustice portal after more than three years; the actions she and her predecessor have taken during this time to ensure that this information is made available on the eJustice portal; the reason for the delay in providing information for the eJustice portal; if she will be amending or repealing section 18(h) of the Act in order that Irish citizens can enjoy the same data protection rights as all other EU citizens; and if not, the reason therefor.
