400 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of frontline staff in the Garda National Immigration Bureau, Burgh Quay, Dublin 2, who are responsible for issuing re-entry visas; the number of re-entry visas in each of the past five years that have been issued; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that applicants are queueing overnight; if his attention has further been drawn to the fact that tickets are issued only at 8.00 am in the morning; his proposals to introduce an express or internet service; the number of people with language skills employed in the Bureau; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
