471 Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 27 of 14 June 2012, in relation to the cost benefit analysis which he told the Seanad would be available, not a business case with unsubstantiated figures and to support with data and independent analysis, the assertion of savings being made within a seven year period, in view of the costs of €5 million to develop the Ashtown facility and the €2.5 million to deliver classrooms in the Botanic Gardens.
