Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health if the HSE has a plan to close the accident and emergency department in Our Lady's Hospital, Navan or reduce its hours in view of the news that the accident and emergency department is to be closed in January of 2017; if Our Lady's Hospital, Navan has a fully functional accident and emergency department, ICU and anaesthesia service for the whole of 2017; and if he will meet a group (details supplied) as soon as possible to discuss these threats.
