561 Deputy Eamon Gilmore asked the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to the fact that plans by Drogheda Port Authority for a new deep water port at Bremore have been made available for inspection only in the superintendent’s office at Drogheda Garda station, that plans can only be inspected in the presence of members of the Garda and that no copying or photocopying of these plans is permitted; his views on whether this meets the need of the public consultation process; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
