Deputy Catherine Martin asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the steps taken by his Department or agencies under its aegis to provide safe cycling routes to all primary and secondary schools and third level colleges in pursuance of objective 4.1 of the national cycle policy framework; and if he anticipates that the target in that objective of providing all of these routes by 2020 will be met.
