Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Education and Skills if his attention has been drawn to the fact that some English language schools are refusing to refund students for cancelled courses and are instead trying to offer online classes or vouchers for classes for 2021, measures which do not suit the majority of those affected; if the matter will be investigated; and his plans to ensure that all students that request a refund are provided one.
