Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment in view of the European Commission's announcement of 13 July 2023 that it is to send Ireland a reasoned opinion for the failure to fully transpose the Representative Actions Directive (Directive (EU) 2020/1828) by the agreed deadline of 25 December 2022, when he expects the Government to fully comply with its obligations in respect of this legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
