Deputy Réada Cronin asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform if the lands at Castletown House are included in those designated in the programme For Government as being of key national heritage, and therefore for proposed acquisition by the State, the lands in question being the subject of long public and political attention due to their cultural, historical and environmental importance, not only to the people of North Kildare but to the State in general; if the lands are not included, the reasons why; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
