Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 370 of 1 July 2014 (details supplied), if she will confirm that her Department, in partnership with the Health Service Executive, is providing the same level of funding in 2015 to an association to employ the same level of staffing for the programme, namely, a national co-ordinator and five development staff; if she will confirm that the association produced a valid tax clearance certificate on each occasion it received a funding allocation during 2015 to date; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
