410. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to previous parliamentary questions, his views that placing responsibility for the governance of the Marine Institute and Sea Fisheries Protection Authority under the control of his Department's fisheries division creates an obvious conflict of interest for these advisory and regulatory agencies, and as this amounts to improper, unfair and unreasonable action on the part of his Department, the action he proposes to take in relation to this matter.
