412 Deputy Joe McHugh asked the Minister for Education and Science, further to Parliamentary Question No. 356 of 29 April 2008, the way the person (details supplied) in County Donegal can receive the higher pay increment in view of the fact that it is the institution’s policy not to grade students except on a pass-fail basis; if he is simply going to ignore this serious problem, which affects a large proportion of teachers in the north west who have studied for their teaching in Northern Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
