Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason beef scheme payments for 2018 and 2019 did not issue to farmers (details supplied) when a herd number was amended to include a second name; the reason payments under BPS, ANC and so on did not issue when the herd number was amended to be held under joint names; if these missing BDGP payments will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
