Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 343 and 344 of 12 May 2015, if he is aware that the person (details supplied) in County Westmeath actually applied for the herd number to the relevant district veterinary office on 24 April 2014, and a copy of the said application is available to prove same; if, in this context, this decision will be reviewed, with a view to ensuring that the person obtains a payment for 2014 under the single payment scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
