Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he is aware that in 2023 children in CHO9 were assessed as part of the assessment of need and or autism diagnostic observation schedule process by a clinician not qualified to conduct such assessment; if he has received a report from the HSE into this matter; if he can provide details of mitigation measures in place to ensure that this cannot be allowed to happen again; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
