PQ 421

421. Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if strong consideration might be given to the creation of a standard template on which Government, departmental and local authority websites would be based, because of the way such a measure would facilitate greater ease of access, information search and retrieval functionality and a higher take up of e-service provision as well as providing employment for those skilled in the web-technology section of the ICT sector.
