Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Health the number of persons registered with the health service as suffering from Alzheimer's disease and-or dementia who are living in their own homes in Dublin and in Ireland; if he will provide an estimate of the numbers suffering silently in their own homes and not registered with the health service; and if he will provide a detailed breakdown of the services that are currently available to such persons, including services available in a community setting and in their own homes.
