Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 103 of 28 November 2013, if he is now in a position to provide the full details of the service level agreements which have been undertaken between Irish Water and each local authority; the way these agreements will determine funding to be provided to local authorities for the provision of water services in 2014 in each case; the euro amount expected to be required in each case; the dates on which such moneys will be transferred; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
