Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the grounds on which a property owner that has leased a property under the SHCEP programme can terminate the lease prior to the end date contained in the initial agreement; and if there are time limits placed on the earliest date during the lease that a property owner can trigger these termination clauses.
