33 Deputy Joe Costello asked the Minister for Health and Children the decision that has been made regarding the application of pay reductions to public servants to persons who work for voluntary and community organisations funded under the Health Act, if it is the case that these organisations have had their allocations reduced with the instruction that they should cut the pay of their employees on a pro rata basis to the public service; if legal advice has been sought in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
