Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason her Department offers commercial confidentiality as grounds for concealing its intentions regarding the purchase of a site for a school (details supplied) in Dublin 9 in view of the fact that the proposed deal is with Dublin City Council and is not in a competitive bidding situation; if she has studied the health and safety report carried out in respect of the existing premises of this school; and the progress that has been made by her Department in respect of this application since this Deputy raised the matter in Dáil Éireann earlier this year.
