Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will confirm that his Department has authorised a person (details supplied) to carry out trust services in the past year; if he will explain the various steps engaged to guarantee that the person's services are not used by parties associated with individuals in Ukraine; if he will lay before Dáil Éireann a list of all the individuals and entities to whom his Department has granted legal status as Irish trust operators in the past 24 months; and if he will indicate the way in which his Department monitors the conduct of parties who purchase such services.
