547 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Education and Science if he intends to keep the commitment made by the former Minister for Education and Science on 11 February 1999 that all national schools and secondary schools would have access to a psychological service within five years; if he will explain the reason national schools in Maynooth, Celbridge, Straffan, Ardclough, Rathmore, Sallins, Kilcock, Rathcoffey, Kill and Donadea in County Kildare remain without such a service; when they will receive the service promised; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
