Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government his plans to assist families that have out grown their affordable homes and cannot sell without clawback or rent them out to move to bigger homes for fear of being penalised; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this has caused untold and undue hardship for some persons in view of the fact it does not take cognisance of families growing or circumstances changing.
