Deputy Willie O'Dea asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to a proposal by a company (details supplied) that is a wholly owned subsidiary of a group to sell units at Childers Road Enterprise Centre, County Limerick; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that some of the sitting tenants' businesses will be adversely affected to the point they may have to close down with a considerable loss of jobs as they are dependent on the location; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
