Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 177 to 183, inclusive, of 2 April 2014, if she will provide an update on the progress of the implementation of recommendations Nos. 2.7, 2.8 and 3.1 of the Garda Síochána Inspectorate report entitled The Fixed Charge Processing System: A 21st Century Strategy which had been identified as under way; if recommendations Nos. 2.1, 3.8, 3.10 of the report have been implemented within the identified six to eight week timeframe; and the status of work to implement recommendation 3.2 of the report.
