458 Mr. Eoin Ryan asked the Minister for Transport if details of the contract for the second phase of the LUAS have been drafted and agreed; if so, the way in which the plans differ from the contract of the first phase, in terms of disruption limitation; his views on whether the contract has been changed with regard to on-site management of works; and if Dublin City Council, the Railway Procurement Agency and An Garda Síochána will have more involvement in the way in which the project is carried out, in order to minimise disruption on a daily basis.
