Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 230 of 4 October 2022, if the Revenue Commissioners will be taking any action to recover the difference in tax from the amount that was paid as labelled self-employed as opposed to the amount that should have been paid, had the workers been correctly labelled as employees (details supplied), given that the Revenue Commissioners, as a PRSI collection agent, is responsible for recovering unpaid PRSI for the Department of Social Protection.
