O’Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that having allocated a capital allocation sometime ago in respect of the development of a specific sewerage scheme in County Cork (details supplied), serious delays have occurred in the commencement of this scheme; if his attention has further been drawn to the fact that many of the purchasers are renting accommodation at exorbitant monthly rents; and if the serious delay in this matter will be investigated.
