Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if following approval for Phase 3 of the Mullaghmatt remedial works scheme, Monaghan town, and the expected commencement of construction work mid-year, if urgent consideration will be given to the early progression of a further phase to upgrade the remaining 74 dwellings to ensure that such necessary improvement works are undertaken immediately following the phase 3 project, to ensure the earliest possible completion of the remedial works scheme for the entire estate; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
