Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health if the medical records from Waterford University Hospital and St. Patrick's Hospital relative to the case of a person (details supplied) will be made available to the person's family under the Freedom of Information Acts requested by the family solicitor in October 2016; if he will expedite this request; and if four written requests from the family to HIQA dating back to 2015 requesting an investigation into the care of the person made before the person's death will be acknowledged and actioned as covered in the Health Act 2007.
