Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 11 of 1 May 2013, if he will provide an update in the review of section 62 of the Housing Act; and if he will indicate the target month that he is now working to have legislation passed and commenced to deal with the issues that have arisen in relation to dealing with tenants who engage in serious anti-social behaviour.
