Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will make a decision on the application for funding by Dublin City Council for the roll-out of phase two of the fabric upgrade insulation programme for its housing stock, including those houses which are of solid wall construction most of which are older stock; if he will introduce a pilot scheme for Ballyfermot, Crumlin and Drimnagh first; and if sufficient funding is not available to roll out a retrofitting insulation programme to tackle heat loss in all such inefficient Dublin City Council houses, which contributes to fuel poverty.
