Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government his plans to change planning legislation with respect to unauthorised developments; if so, if such changes will impact on situations in which a local authority has deemed a development to be unauthorised and has issued a warning letter or enforcement or both and in which an application for planning permission or an appeal to An Bord Pleanála halts the process; if not, the reason therefore; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
