41 Deputy Emmet Stagg asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 30 of 27 November 2008, that any rental property being let for the first time after 1 February 2009 will have to comply with all the requirements of the new regulations, the way compliance will be established since property being let for the first time is not inspected and the new regulations have yet to be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
