Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with reference to the National Water Study Volume 1 (2000) where WS Atkins Ireland stated that there was poor record keeping on the part of the local authorities with regard to unaccounted for water, the steps that have been taken since then to get a definitive figure for unaccounted water up to 2014; and if he will outline the appropriate up-to-date figure for each of the local authorities.
