559 Deputy Dan Neville asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding the provision of funding for the refurbishment, including the roofing, of houses at Glenma, Croom, County Limerick which were constructed by the National Housing Agency in 1974 under the guaranteed order programme in view of the fact that they are substandard and that home insurance is not available and that schemes were introduced elsewhere to improve the standard of similarly built houses.
