Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment his views on whether it would be completely unethical and unacceptable to have any representatives of or advisors to companies that have been formally implicated in supplying defective concrete products, to be part of the NSAI TC63 IS465 review committee; and if he will give a commitment that if this is the case, he will request these representatives or advisors be removed from that committee.
