Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to the Health Information and Quality Authority report of child and family service areas of counties Louth and Meath, if he will clarify that the 27 children identified as not having met a social worker, in spite of recorded concerns, have now met with social workers; if he will clarify that assessments have been undertaken and are completed: and if he will further clarify that these children are now receiving the necessary supports where applicable.
