Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government if he will provide an estimated breakdown of the 23,036 social housing units to be provided under Rebuilding Ireland by unit type, including local authority new build, approved housing body new build, Part V acquisition, and void and-or refurb; and if he will confirm that all void figures are the return of long term voids into stock rather than the standard retenanting of short term voids.
