Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 613 of 4 December 2018, the basis of her assertion that all members of the board of Oberstown detention centre had an opportunity to read the operational review of the centre before the decision was taken in 2017 to not publish the report; and if she is satisfied that all members of the board did in fact read the report before that decision was taken.
