Deputy Ann Phelan asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the reason a company (details supplied) in County Offaly is allowed to refuse to recognise a Labour Court recommendation that the company should meet with the workers' trade union, in view of the record of State support that this company has been given through the national development plan in the form of grant aid, contracts to supply to the Health Service Executive and research and development funding; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
