Deputy Anthony Lawlor asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with regard to the review of Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000, which was published on 30 July 2013, if the Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency has provided a stand-alone analysis of the shared ownership scheme, including identification of the main difficulties and recommendations for mitigating measures; when it is expected that a change to the legislation governing affordable housing schemes, including the shared ownership scheme, will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
